Putting up a survey for Dahl residents that uses the facility on a daily basis

relay for life will be a community service thing not a WYD
for bowling the scores will be averaged at the end of two games to determine the winnner
only 10 per hall
boxes need to be found to gather the food
students need to bring a non-perishable food item to bowl; if not they have to pay for their shoes
Casino Night
chips will be donated from Ballard
the event will be March 4th from 7-9PM playing time with an auction at 9PM
locations are CMU 101 or Dahl Main Lounge
Prizes – will ask for allocation of $500
Fake money
Each player will get $25 to spend
Looking at purchasing tables – Aaron is going to contact Lien Games for info – if unable to purchase in time, will rent from them
Kise
February 25th will be an activity night in Kise where will charge $3 for food
Will be bingo from 8-10 PM with prizes
Finger food: french toast sticks
Senate
Will be going over Housing Proposal this week
Want to attend a meeting about it? Thursday at 3:15PM in Senate Office
Housing Advisory
Are going over the handbook right now, attend if you want to add input
Will meet on the 25th of February next

Dragon Frost
Talked about allowing Dragon Frost to use our Karaoke machine free of charge – will do it

New Business
CABstock co-sponsor
Talked about the possiblity of so-sponsoring CABstock
Kari will contact them to set up a meeting time
A group of people were intereseted in meeting with Kari and the rep from CABstock, they are Aaron, Mike & Lindsey
Allocations
Motion was made to allocate $11.64 for WYD ads by Anna and seconded by Josh
Motion was made to allocate $500 for Casino Night Prizes by Josh
Motion was made to allocate $105 for T-shirts by Kemi
Motion was made to allocated $200 for the Kise event on Feb 25th by Serena
Motion was made to allocate $260 for bowling by Karlie
All of the above motions passed

Announcements
Parking regulations is going over the manual – talk to Kim
