9News is a broad news organization, however there is definitely an emphasis on sports. This website perfectly utilizes the usage of pattern as seen in the backgrond of the articles. The repeated line pattern creates a good sense of unity throughout the wenstie as well, but it does a great job bringing attention to the articles. The coloring is fluid throughout the website with white lettering against a black background with categories in a light blue.
